New Patients

What to expect your first visit.

The whole process is designed to feel calm, thorough, and clear, so you leave knowing what's actually going on and what's next.

01

Free consult

A 15-minute call to talk through what you're experiencing, what you've tried, and whether we're a good fit. It's not a diagnostic visit or a chance to get medical advice. Just an introduction so you can decide if this is the right next step.

02

Intake

Fill out your new-patient form in advance so we can dive straight into your story instead of paperwork.

03

First visit

60 minutes of evaluation: posture analysis, muscle testing, history, and lab review if applicable. You'll leave with a clear plan for what's next.

Appointments

New Patient Exam

60 minutes

A deep-dive into your full health picture. Posture analysis, muscle testing, history, and lab review if applicable.

Follow-up Visits

15 or 30 minutes

Adjustments, progress reviews, and refinements to your plan. Frequency depends on what we find. Never one-size-fits-all.

Dr. Kendra is available at Neuro-Muscular Connection · 3188 Airway Avenue, Ste E, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Virtual appointments available for California residents.

I've been dealing with headaches, chronic fatigue, brain fog, and mild depression, along with other small aches and pains for over a decade. I had a baby earlier this year and was worried about being able to function going back to work with my sleep compromised. My body was very out of whack after being pregnant and giving birth, and I was hobbling around in a lot of pain every day. Kendra was able to help me improve by leaps and bounds on all fronts with just a few small diet tweaks and supplementation. I have way more energy, less brain fog, and my joints and muscles feel much better than they did before getting pregnant. I wake up every day excited to deal with the challenges of life rather than wonder how I am going to get through the day. I stopped taking SSRIs and am optimistic about being able to stay off of them, which obviously has positive ripple effects over my life and relationships. I generally feel like my outlook on life is more positive and I feel more resilient now that I have the tools and support that Kendra provides.
